I truly want to thank Chema Tire for being a business owner and having the tires in stock that they had listed on Facebook Marketplace. The installation went well and the 295/70R/18 was the right choice for my 2007 Toyota Tundra. The drive home was excellent. Tires are surprisingly quiet, my alignment is straight and the truck drives perfect. I’ve had a few problems with other tire shops lying about what tires they have in stock and leaving sold tires listed on FB Marketplace and OfferUp. I 100% recommend Chema Tire to help you with your vehicle tire needs.

I had a terrible experience with Chema Tire & Wheel Alignment. I messaged them on OfferUp asking if a set of wheels they listed was still available. They said yes. I even asked again to make sure because I live about 1.5 hours away, and they confirmed they still had them. After driving all the way there, suddenly they tell me they just sold them. That alone was already frustrating after wasting 3 hours of driving. Since I was already there, they showed me a different set of wheels and tires, and I decided to buy them so the trip wouldn’t be a total waste. They installed and “balanced” the tires — or at least that’s what they claimed. On the drive home my steering wheel was shaking like crazy. It was obvious the tires were not balanced at all. I had to stop at another tire shop on the way home and have them rebalance everything. The other shop told me the wheels were way off balance. Completely unprofessional and a huge waste of time and money. I drove hours based on what they told me, only to get bait-and-switched and then receive sloppy work. Worst tire shop experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend Chema Tire & Wheel Alignment to anyone. Stay far away!

Don’t ever waste your time at this place I contact to a worker “his name is Daniel” he posted some tires for sale a set of tires 215/55/16. I asked if the tires still available. He answer me with a yes!.and he sent me the address. I got to there like in 25 minutes and he told me sorry those tires got sold yesterday. I was like what’s!! You just told me that you have them. 25 minutes ago . And he said sorry. but you can go to my buddy’s tire shop if you want. it’s like 5 miles away they may have some tires of that size over there. I was like nah bro🤦🏻‍♂️what a waste of time you’re scamming people or trying to get the customers here. to send them to your friends shop But that’s not cool. So be carful people with these type of places

Worst business ever. Messaged on marketplace asking if they had a tire that was advertised. They confirmed they did. I said it was an hour drive. He confirmed again that he had the tires. One hour later I get there and they don't have the make or the tires I needed. These kinds of businesses are the worst. Look elsewhere and buyer beware if you buy at Chema
