What a place. With all the hustle and bustle of Wonka's chocolate factory, tires on forklifts doing a dance as they pass each other continually throughout the property, trucks and buses weaving in and out and everyone working hard amid the organized chaos. They are true professionals and get the job done, and customers through. Courteous and friendly counter staff, hard working teams, and happy customers. May not be a recipe for chocolate but it is for success.

Tried booking trailer alignment in the Fontana facility but there was none available. Called up this place and surprisingly was able to book a same day appointment by phone. Blind side backing and disconnected the trailer. Told them it was pulling to the right and tires were not wearing out evenly. I was advised tires were shot but alignment can be done nonetheless. Just had mu suspension bushings replace 6 months prior this. After like 1.5 hours, they said it was done, hooked up my trailer and picked up a load to the east coast. On the road, I noticed that trailer pulled more to the right than it used to. I called them and was told I had a 30 day warranty and could bring it back till then. $320 and they had 1.5 hours so they could have done it right and they just messed it up more. I am not taking it back do trial and error on it again. I strongly do not recommend trailer alignment here, take it to the Fontana facility instead.
