I wish I had done more research on this shop before even giving them a call. The owner is not only unknowledgeable, illiterate, unprofessional, AND neglectful, but worst of all gave me a complete faulty diagnostic on a car. He asked for private payment, and I had to badger him even for just a RECIEPT or proof of diagnostic aside from texts and and 1 singular e-mail. That receipt could have been put together by a child in 10 minutes. Photo is attached. I ended up buying a COMPLETELY faulty car that needs SO MUCH work in parts and labor due to his "professional opinion." I'm assuming he got bought off by the dealer when they mentioned that they knew of him. Obviously I could be wrong, however, that should have been a major red flag. (I'm not from the area and trusted him to diagnose a car before flying down to purchase the car.) To this day he denies it when I have photos of the ABSOLUTE TRASH car he gave me the green light on. Transmission, electrical, TPMS system, massive/unreported frame damage, rusting, and the HEADACHE that was under the hood. The coolant was a BROWN SMOOTHIE, oil was HORRID. Many of these issues should have been noticeable. I took the same car he said was fine to purchase to THREE DIFFERENT shops and they all told me I GOT SCAMMED. Thank you "Mike" as he calls himself. Even though a PERSONAL payment was issued to a "Mohamad Yacoub El Rida." If i could give any recommendation it would be to AVOID THIS SHOP AND ITS OWNER AT ALL COSTS. Please for the love of all that is good, turn the other way with every fiber of your being and at full force. You could buy a code reader and save yourself the nightmare I have the ABSOLUTE PLEASURE of dealing with. A massive thank you to "Mike."
