On May 7th I showed up to Garcias tired because my tire blew out. When I arrived i was little emotional since experiencing a tire blowing out isn’t a nice experience. My eyes were red and you can tell I had been crying. I was greeted by a middle aged Latino man. When he saw my car it was needless to say I needed a new tire. He asked if I wanted a used or new tire. I let him know I wanted a USED tire. When paying he charger me $71 dollars. I thought that was standard come to my surprise it’s not. To say I was taken advantage of is an understatement rather they over charged me for the used tire or he put a new one after I asked for a used one. I was taken advantage of. now when I call back to speak to a manager no one answers. My uncle has came here before. He has a path finder and I have a Honda accord, How was my USED tire almost as much as his new tire.

I came in to get 2 rims change to my car using the same tires i have in the car. The guy wanted to jack up the car right away when I was just asking for a quote. He gave me a quote $120 for installation only and will have to spend more if I want to balance it. I left right away. I think this place is a total rip-off. Went to another tire shop just around the corner from them and only charged me $70 for the installation and balancing.

They charge for only checking your car, even though for a tire check or brake check. Seems that they are not doing as good anymore. If anybody has a better place please let me know. I need another affordable tire shop. Thanks!
