I wanted to take a moment and say how grateful I I’m with Travis and his mechanic staff ,, after multiple shops denied to help me repair my car or even look at it ,, I came across to this shop in google and wanted to give it a last chance ,, I ask him for a miracle or anything to help me repair a engine light with multiple codes and nobody could able to fix or figure out what was wrong with it ,, Travis and his team took the challenge with no promises but just a chance to figure out what was wrong with it after few weeks off wait and multiple challenges they came across in every repair and parts the never gave up ,, they were able to to fix my car and get back on running even after my hopes were down , THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!! , u guys are amazing and HIGHLY recommend you guys in heart beat ,,

I went to BB Auto Tech Repair to get my AC recharged. While I was there, I noticed one of the mechanics checking the cabin air filter located inside the glove compartment. After that, they connected the machine and completed the AC recharge. When I got home, my car started making a loud vibration noise whenever I turned on the AC — something it had never done before. I called and spoke to Travis, who insisted that all they did was recharge the AC. Since the noise was unusual, I decided to check the cabin air filter myself. I found a piece of foam inside that clearly didn’t belong there. After removing it, the vibration completely stopped. I find it very concerning that this happened right after someone accessed my cabin filter. It makes me question the integrity of the service I received. If I hadn’t checked it myself, I could have been misled into thinking something else was wrong and paid for unnecessary repairs. Imagine if this happened to someone who isn’t familiar with cars — they could easily be taken advantage of. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and distrustful. I would not recommend this shop.
View on GoogleWhere do I even begin? BB AUTO TECH SERVICE seriously blew me away. Travis was upfront with me from the start — no sugarcoating, just the truth. I came in expecting the worst, but he walked me through everything and the results were even better than I hoped for. His tech fixed my engine shield so well, it looked brand new. The dealership had written it off, but Travis took one look and said, "I can handle this." And he did, for an awesome price. If you want honest advice and top-notch work, you’ve got to check out Travis and BB Auto Tech. Can’t recommend them enough!
