Took my vehicle to this place a few times. Got the work done and paid each time no problem. However, I received a text out of nowhere saying to not take my car there anymore and they no longer want my business. No explanation. Asked for one and never got one. I have no idea what I did wrong. Very unprofessional and poor customer service
View on GoogleI really like this place. I've brought my car here for few different things to get fixed. Noe helped me out. I don't know much about cars but he's very enough to explain to me what it needs and why. Prices are very reasonable, and work gets done pretty fast. I recommend few family members and friends to come here. They too we're pretty satisfied with his work. It's hard to find a place that you can trust you're not going to get ripped off.
View on GoogleI have very limited time and this place is supposed to be excellent in fixing electrical problems. I set an appointment to drop off car a Thursday morning and I would not be back in town until Tuesday morning to replace a Obd II plug and diagnose a misfire. I returned from airport to a dead battery car that had not been touched. When I asked what had been done they said that they did not do OBD and other jobs came in that were more urgent. I have asked the owner to reach out but have yet to speak to him
View on GoogleMy car had some electrical issues and I looked on Google reviews for an auto electric shop near me. This shop had a rating of 4.8. So I called and got my car in there the next day. They told me they would call me the next day, but no call. I called throughout the week and I would get an answering machine but not a call back. This went on for another week until I left a message that I would pick my car up the next day by noon. Only then did I receive a call stating they couldn't find a part that was needed. It wasn't the knowledge of the mechanic that I doubted, it was the lack of communication in 2 weeks. All I wanted was an update every few days or so, but after leaving numerous messages with no return call, it made me feel like they were ignoring me. If they couldn't do it, they could have just told me.

They used to be on Valley and Puente Ave but moved here about 8 years ago. The owner and his wife are kind and fair in their pricing of all the services they offer. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend. Cash only.
