This is one of the worst companies you can buy a tire from via the Walmart app. If no stars was possible, I'd give this company that score. I bought Crossmax tires for my Chevy Malibu. The front passenger tire had a defect that caused that tire to have a bubble form on the side wall. I called Horizon Tires Customer Service and I explained the situation. I told them that I was still within the 1 year warranty. Despite my transparency of the situation, they refused to send me a replacement tire ASAP, so that my Chevy Malibu wouldn't suffer a blowout. They would rather me jump through various unnecessary hoops before they honored my 1 year warranty. Walmart on the other hand went out of their way to rectify the situation. For that, I appreciate Walmart for coming through for me.

Bought tires from them and I had to end up buying two more tires due to tires being defective. And they act like they don’t want to solve this issue. I have emailed them twice and had no response. View on GoogleI bought 5 of the WaterFall Eco Tire from Walmart and of the tires are garbage. In the first 7 months of use these developed bulges, uneven wear, and rubber reduced to half of life of tire. Worse consumer experience. I am out $600 and these guys don't answer their phones or emails. These guys scam honest working people. Save you money and buy reputable tires with a backed warranty.
