They are very professional and have passion to help people. My car got hit right before holiday and due to some other reasons the situation was even more complicated. They efficiently took good care of everything. Thank you! Recommended!
View on GoogleWe’ve been customers for years and rarely need repairs, but this recent experience was extremely disappointing. Since the ownership changed, the attitude here has become condescending and arrogant. We brought the car in because it needed parts replaced, thinking it would be better to go to someone we knew. During the inspection, my mom—who doesn’t understand much about cars—asked a few questions. Instead of helping, the new owner responded with cold laughs and a look of disdain. We were polite the entire time, but his attitude was disrespectful from start to finish. At that visit, he gave us a price and clearly said if we confirmed ahead of time, he would order the parts so that when we brought the car in early, it could be fixed the same day. Based on that, we rearranged our schedule and took time off more than a month later, only to be told that their “records are only valid for one week.” He insisted we needed another inspection, said the repair couldn’t be done in one day, and even suggested we just go to the dealer instead. This is completely unprofessional, misleading, and a waste of the customer’s time. The new owner’s arrogance and dismissive behavior show no respect for customers. I would not recommend this shop to anyone anymore.
