really happy with the great service we received at T & M! we had our lexus serviced for a synthetic oil change and an overall check of the car. Jon had us in and out within a couple of hours and thoroughly explained what had been done on the car and the condition of the tires, brakes, etc. He’s extremely knowledgable and offers great customer service! will definitely be back the next time our car needs anything!
View on GoogleLast year, I took my van for a transmission repair, they told me they were going to order a new transmission. So I paid them $3k as deposit and total price to be 6k. Months later, it still wasn't ready, told me they have the factory invoice and so fort and so on. Gave me all sorts of execeus. Finally, after 9 months, I picked it up. Drove it for 2 weeks. Same issues. Took it to another mechanic, they told me it was an old transmission. So, all these things about the new transmission being ordered, installing, calibratibg, testing etc. All lies. The part that got me write this review is this. I took the van for a test drive once during the 9 months period, thye said it's ready, it's ready. I drove it, same issue, almost got into an accident. Took it back and they said they will keep fixing it. So I left it there, no choice because they put in a new transmission already. Yesterday, I was driving 110 s toward 10 west, same issue, almost got into an accident. Why would you lie about repairing and orderinh a new transmission to another human being knowing they will be driving the car. This is dangerous, irresponsible and unethical.
View on GoogleWe have been coming this shop for over 10 years! This shop is trustworthy, reliable, and most importantly gets the job done. It can be busy, especially on the weekends, but it is worth it.
