Purrfect Auto

This auto repair shop is on the north side of Highway 210, next to the foot of the mountain. It is located on the first floor of the mall in Arcadia. It is at the back of the mall because it is a large shopping mall and there is Macy's, so there are many people, but because the repair shop is a bit remote at the back of the building, there are many people. I don't know it's not very convenient to go there, but there are many parking lots and parking is very convenient. The price of car repair here is not particularly cheap.

I've used their services twice and twice I've been amazed by their professionalism and attention to detail/service. First time I needed an emegency tire patch for an embedded nail in the tread. They were done in 20-30 mins and not once did they try and sell more on any other services or useless or unnecessary charges. I went back a second time for a tire rotation and oil change and same thing, quick, fair price, and friendly/professional and I encountered no after-work issues that would hint at possible sabotage. It's hard to find trustworthy mechanics that won't try and upsell you and/or screw you over on the work done but I think these guys are legit. For tire patches, oil changes or tire rotations at least, I can honestly say these guys are the ones to check out if you' live in Arcadia or in the surrounding areas.

Had to get a last minute smog check done for registration renewal. Called in to see if these guys could do it - someone immediately answered - they were polite, clear and professional on the phone and very transparent about pricing, availability of scheduling. Upon arrival, I was checked in and told 45 minutes, but then actually finished in 19. Pricing was as we discussed with no surprises, Sergio was super professional and polite. Would definitely feel comfortable to go back to these guys for other auto work sometime.

TLDR: I am extremely happy and satisfied with my experience at Purrfect Auto. Sergio runs a clean shop and was upfront with all repair costs and upcoming maintenance. The close proximity to the mall is a godsend for longer repairs and the lobby has good Wifi for work. My Experience: I first went to shop for an oil-change and was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the shop. After the change, Sergio notified me that the front struts on my Honda Fit needed to be replaced. He was upfront with costs and issues and did not try to upsell me on anything; in fact he told me the car could be driven for longer at the expenses of comfort. After some pricing research, I decided to get the suspension fixed and gave Sergio a call. Work was completed within the quoted time-frame and I AM SO HAPPY THAT I TOOK SERGIO'S ADVICE. The difference in comfort is night-and-day. I've driven 100+ miles on the repair and no longer fear right-corners or pot-holes. There was also a "check-engine" light that Sergio helped diagnose and clarify. I will definitely be recommending any friends and family to the shop for maintenance and auto-repairs.
