Love taking my Sprinter here! Liz in service is amazing. Had an appointment first thing in the morning, grabbed some coffee, was issued a loaner and I was off on my way. Short, sweet and efficient. The showroom is immaculate and the staff are all great. Sit back, relax and wait for the text from your service advisor that your vehicle is ready for pickup. Beautiful facility. Would recommend again in a heartbeat!
View on GoogleI took my car to get A service earlier today. Since I dropped it off in the PM, it will have to stay there over night. After a while a got a text says I can review the multi-point inspection with a link. I went in there and was surprised by a 4000 estimate. So I looked at the video. It seems my estimate is based on a White G Wagon with red brake calipers. The car I took to service is a Emerald Green GLE with uncool calipers. How can my car be mixed up with someone else’s car? How can I be sure my car was well taken cared for?

Most recently we had to do a tire repair and the service team was able to source the new tire, install it, and take care of the warranty claim all hassle free. I have found not all MB dealerships have the same level of service so do your shopping.

Job was done in a timely fashion and got an inspection done N/C. Because of the rain, they couldn’t do the hand wash. Very fair priced and top mechanic too! They won over my business! Best MBZ dealer by far!
