Great experience! Jake was very helpful and explained everything to me thoroughly! I received a detailed report, along with a video and pictures, on my vehicle. They also updated my vehicle records on Carfax which the other shop did not do. And this was just for an oil change! I appreciate their expertise and kindness. I highly recommend Anderson Automotive!!

Wow! They were so great! Told them what i needed to get done. They examined my vehicle, provided info on what I wanted done and the things I should get done. Did what I asked. Provided me with a detailed report on my vehicle. Got it done when they said and notified me when it was ready for pickup. They are great!!! Gonna go again!!!

I have trust issues. I’ve been to shops that have told me I need something done, and then I get a second opinion and find out that I really don’t need that thing done. Anderson Automotive has been the most transparent and trustworthy shop I have been to. They will take you out to your vehicle and show you the problem. It’s not a matter of taking their word because you can actually see it with your own eyes. I have noticed they often times ask you to drop your car off, which can be difficult to do if you don’t have another vehicle. I went in for an inspection because I noticed an intermittent fuel odor. They warned me they might not be able to find the issue since it is intermittent. They looked it over, and sure enough they found the issue. Kyle took me out to my jeep to show me what the mechanic found. They put me in a complimentary vehicle and let me drive that over the weekend while they had my Jeep. I’m moving across the country in a couple of days and I didn’t think that their lifetime warranty was going to mean much to me, but apparently it does! Even if you move, if something fails you can contact a phone number and they will send you to the closest shop that participates in this program. Before I end this, I just have to say that I have been to Anderson Automotive for multiple things (batteries, spark plugs, oil changes, tie rods, inspections, coil packs, valve cover), and they always go above and beyond. Kyle even took my car to Les Schwab and had them balance my tires since I was having an issue with it feeling wobbly, and that was free of charge. I have absolutely zero complaints about this shop, I do wish their prices were a little cheaper, but they put quality parts on, have EXCELLENT customer service, and they are 100000% trustworthy.

Amazing staff and service I highly recommend them. It’s a huge plus that if u need a loaner car they have them too for free! Special thanks for their euro tech Adam Llamar very knowledgeable and amazing skills with his craft. Overall great automotive shop in Shasta county.
