I took my Ford F-250 to Randall Automotives on Casa Grande Highway in Tucson, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Phillip, the owner, is a very pleasant and professional guy to work with. At first I was a little hesitant bringing in a brand-new truck that’s only six months old with very low mileage and having it worked on outside the dealer. I asked Phillip to install a Fast Fuel System kit and an S&S CPS-4 filter, along with the wehrli coolant and air intake modifications, so naturally I had some reservations. That said, Phillip did an excellent job. He clearly pays close attention to detail, got the truck in on time, and had it finished exactly when he said he would. You can tell his experience comes from working as a dealership mechanic. I highly recommend his shop for diesel work, trucks, or any type of vehicle.

One quick call, an accurate estimate, and 30 minutes later I no longer have to jump start my truck every time I drive it. Fair and honest pricing, friendly service, quick repairs.

High Quality work! I brough my Tahoe in for a transmission replacement. The repairs were done in a timely manner. Phil also found some other serious issues that I wouldn't have noticed with my vehicle, he brought them to my attention and completed those repairs as well, preventing further large issues with my Tahoe. I'm not the most knowledgable when it comes to car repair, but I can do a bit myself. I break things into 3 categories. Things I can do myself. Things I can do with the help of my mechanic neighbor. Things I need to pay Phil to take care of for me. A few years ago he rebuilt the transmission in my S10. His work was phenomenal, and the truck has worked spectacularly since. He's the only mechanic in town I 100% trust.

We're so glad we found Phil (Randall automotive)! We'll never take our cars anywhere else. He always works around our schedules and gets things done quickly. He's great at educating us and communicating clearly what's going on, and he's always up front about what recommended repairs are urgent and which ones can wait. His pricing seems to be really fair too, as we just recently got a quote for $1500 on a repair from a local chain auto repair shop; we decided to take it to Phil instead and he completed the service for about half the price!
