4.5⭐The staff at B & M Muffler & Complete Auto Repair were courteous and respectful from start to finish. The service was timely, and the result on my res delete was exactly what I wanted; it sounds great. I am very satisfied with my experience and will recommend them to my friends and family. Would be 5 stars if they didn't miss a screw on the skid plate. But no big deal!

View on GoogleJoe is the owner of B&M and he has been phenomenal with customer service and communication not only with me but with his whole crew. The technicians are amazing, I’ve had multiple of them work on my car. The work has been clean and never fails me. I would completely recommend anyone to come get some work done on their cars here. When you come in with a problem, they look further into it and what could be causing it so you won’t have it happen again. They get it done right the first time. I’ve had my brakes/rotors, crankshaft pulley, harmonic balancer, crankshaft seal, drive belt, transmission wire set, exhaust flex pipe, rear quarter panel window and some other parts replaced. I actually hope to get some more work done from them soon. Great people. Great prices.

Even though I was a just walk-in, Joe took the time to come out of his busy shop to see what I needed. In fact, I noticed he personally came out to greet every single customer who walked through the door. Joe did a double resonator delete on my 2025 Honda Civic Type R, and it sounds incredible! Huge thanks to Joe and the team.
