Submitting this for my grandson: I took my Subaru Impreza into this body shop (recommended by Subaru!!) for repair after hitting items on a freeway that went under the car ahead of me and then hit my car. They gave me a quote for $730, which was for repainting some of the front of the car. Apparently they never even checked for damage while they had it to look at because the $750 became $2900 and then $3700 because they said they "found more damage and the radiator would need to be replaced also". (Did they never put it up on a hoist?) It was taking a long time and I told them I could not leave the car there until the "backordered" radiator arrived. Picked it up today and they obviously repainted the front end (but not scratches on hood) and it is just a crappy job. They totally did a "bait and switch" on the estimate. But the really awful thing is that I had reset my odometer to zero when I dropped it off and there were 300 miles (!!) on it when I picked it up!! They were obviously driving it all over the place while it was there!!! I paid $2970 dollars today for this.......they are a VERY SHADY company. DO NOT GO HERE
