Gemba checked to ensure the issue was the power steering pump before just starting the repairs. First shop to even advise to check to verify if it was the pump or lines (that’s what made me decide to go with Gemba). They were communicative and one of the lower cost shops. They also provided photos of everything that needed repaired which was great, made me feel like I actually found an honest repair facility. The cost of the air condition inspection was very reasonable as well. I found facilities from $29.99 to $120. I chose Gamba because of the trust I felt with them. Thank you Scott and crew

I needed a panel under my Audi SUV to be installed after the original fell off. I bought the panel and necessary hardware kit online and brought them to Gemba because it is near where I now live. They installed it the same day for free! This was a simple job but they still could have charged at least a minimum service fee. They did not! They were friendly and welcoming the whole time. I am impressed and happy to have this business in my new neighborhood!

This shop has the most professional people. Very responsive. Very good documentation on each item of service. My vehicle was a 1966 Triumph. My goal was to have it in perfect working condition for sale. The buyer contacted the service manager who explained each repair. I am so happy.

The team at this location is excellent! Angel is very friendly and helpful. The head mechanic is kind and patiently explains what is going on with the repairs needed. They even looked up any possably recalls for my situation. I had the pleasure of watching the interactions with other customers , the seemed consistent with putting the customer 1st. Keep up the good work.

Had a problem while we were out of town running into road hazzards. Asked if we could get our car checked out before heading home. Angel was the best. He was able to accommodate us got it right in and found nothing wrong. Gave us great peace of mind to know we would be safe to drive the 300 miles home. The tech was very good too and they didn’t even charge us. Wonderful service and amazing customer relations. Thank you!
