Doug and his team are top notch. I would trust them with any vehicle, no questions asked. I broke down on the side of the freeway on my drive from the Grand Canyon to San Diego….a harrowing experience, to say the least. These guys prioritized diagnosing and repairing my vehicle so I could get back on the road the next afternoon. They were competent, communicative, and transparent. I wish I had a mechanic in my area like them. If I lived in Arizona, I’d be a customer for life. Thank you Doug and team!

Honest, Kind, and Old-School Service—Doug is a Rare Gem! I found Doug while searching for "auto mechanics near me", and I’m so glad I did! He actually answered the phone (which is rare these days), and I explained that my BMW’s check engine light was on due to a loose gas cap. I had already replaced the cap, but the light wouldn’t reset. Without hesitation, Doug said, "Bring it by, and I’ll clear the light for you—no charge." Wait… what?! In 2025?! True to his word, when my husband took the car over, Doug reset the light and refused to accept a tip—twice! I only wish he worked on BMWs because we'd be customers for life! But luckily, he does work on F-250s, so we’ve officially found our new go-to mechanic. If I searched, "Honest auto mechanic near me," Doug's name should be at the top of the list. Thanks, Doug—you’ve earned our trust and business!

If I could leave 10 stars I would. Doug was incredibly helpful when our truck needed immediate help. We were driving through Phoenix when our truck stopped working. We were able to get it to Doug's Auto where we left it with him that evening. The next day, Doug explained everything that happened and was very generous with his help. Doug, I can't thank you enough for your honest help and being willing to squeeze us in even though you were very busy. If you have any auto needs, do yourself a favor and use this auto shop. They really are great.

Doug and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. The truck pulling our camper broke down, but he was able to get the parts ordered and replaced incredibly fast. Prices were fair and everyone at the shop was very friendly. I’ll refer Doug any chance I get! Just an honest shop doing great work

Doug's Auto does quality work at great prices. Took the new 5500 RAM in to have work done on the heating and air conditioning as well as a thorough check of all major systems and they did a top-notch job! Would highly recommend to my family and friends. Will continue to use Doug and his team for my future maintenance needs!
