I took my 2016 Ford F-150 in to Village Auto Electric for a issue related to the alternator and battery not receiving power. Prior to taking my truck here, I had taken my truck to other mechanics who could not find the problem for months and finally a friend recommended Village Auto Electric. I had my truck towed to Village Auto Electric. Once i got it there, I told them to take their time since i had a vehicle to drive in the meantime. They actually fixed the issue faster than i thought & due to a small phone number mistake i wasn't aware it was ready to be picked up. But that being said, It was a nice surprise to go in and find out it that it was all fixed and ready to go. These guys definitely know what they are doing. Anyone out there needing electrical work on their vehicles and want the job done right, don't think about it, just take it here, you won't be let down. People who say they cost too much, Hey you get what you pay for, and i will spend my money here any day. I know im getting my money's worth.

View on GoogleYes, an electrical issue can get pricey. Yes, Village is the best in the valley for a reason. I paid a high-end stereo shop to fix a horn that wouldn't work and they couldn't. Next came my favorite auto shop, and they didn't charge me but quickly referred me to Village Auto. Village told me clearly what to expect - up front on the phone. They found the problem in 1 day, clearly ruled out other issues and called me with my choices. We got it fixed, and the horn works perfectly for my son again. I appreciate an honest subject matter expert and that's what Village Auto Electric is. Thank you to the whole team!

View on GoogleBrought my truck here with electrical issues because they are highly recommended for diagnosing electrical issues. Got it back a week later and the truck started having issues again so I brought it back. Not only did they honor their warranty and finally fix it for free but they also gave me a free rental so I wouldn't be stuck ubering everywhere. Electrical issues can be tough so I wasn't upset I had to bring it back. They took great care of me and their rates are good. Definitely recommend for any issues you are having with your vehicle.
