Torqued N’ Tight Auto Repair

Tyler is honest and loves working on cars. I had a "sandwich" collision in my jeep. The at fault company gave me a check which was used to buy my 2009 Toyota Rav4. I took it to the mechanic I normally go to to get a fairly long list of repairs to focus on. Tyler provided a list of parts to purchase. All parts were new. Tyler took care of everything, except for tire replacements since he didn't have the machine. My normal mechanic was so impressed with Tyler's work. He would be busy with taking care of family, friends, etc. cars so I continued to take my car for other repairs to my mechanic. I became very frustrated when I kept having the same repairs and brought my concerns to Tyler. He looked at all my mechanic's work and even double checked his own work. He discovered that parts looked like they were forced on or improperly installed and even found bolts welded on. Simply to say, I will patiently wait for Tyler to work on my car. He cares! And does a fantastic job.

Tyler has been helping me with all of my vehicles and I honestly could not recommend him more. He is extremely professional, communicates throughout the entire process, and takes the time to explain what is going on so you never feel lost or pressured into unnecessary repairs. His pricing is also very affordable compared to a lot of shops that overcharge and gouge people for the same work. He is honest, reliable, thorough, and truly cares about doing things the right way. Easily the best mechanic I have worked with—great work, fair pricing, and someone you can genuinely trust with your vehicle.

Tyler was a dream! I had been taking my car to a mechanic for years who kept taking my money but not actually fixing things. I brought my Toyota Sienna to Tyler, he diagnosed it, gave me the list of what my car needed, and then gave me his estimate. As he was working on my van, he found more things that needed attention. Tyler showed me what was needed and asked if I approved. He finished in a timely manner, did an amazing job, and had a great attitude! 10 outta 10 recommend!

Trustworthy, thorough, caring. My van is always in good hands here! I get shown photos of the condition of my vehicle, and instead of a brief, “This is what your car needs.”, components are explained, the reason this sound or that sound is happening, what to do about it and how it solves the issue. The work is always done with care and there aren’t black finger prints left on/in my car when they give it back. I won’t go to anyone else if avoidable. A couple months ago, they did my front end steering and suspension, brakes and oil change. I did have to go somewhere else for alignment and new tires, but well worth it. About 30% less expensive than other quotes and that was with like 2 more items being replaced! Incredible communication and service. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Can’t say enough good things about Torqued N’ Tight auto repair. The main guy, Tyler, looks after all of our company cars. They are always fair priced, forthcoming, and committed to doing the job right. Sometimes they take a little longer than the box companies, but the work ends up done completely and we don’t find ourselves bringing back vehicles for repeat issues. They have been great about telling us BEFORE they put our car(s) back together about repairs that can/should be done at the same time and they don’t nickel and dime us or fix one thing at a time to rack up their profit. I always appreciate that the owner is willing to hunt for parts we need to get us a great deal like last week we needed a new seat and he searched until he located one, cleaned and installed it all within 30 hours alongside other maintenance work that was performed. By and far, my favorite thing about this team is that if they don’t know how to do something; they admit it and don’t bite off more than they can chew. It's rare to find a mechanic you can genuinely trust, but these guys earn it every single time. Highly recommended!
