Gabe continues to do an outstanding job, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. I recently brought my vehicle in for a transmission flush and spark plug replacement right at the 100,000-mile mark—not because I was having any issues, but simply as preventive maintenance. One thing I really appreciated was the convenient key drop box, which allowed us to leave the car the evening before the appointment so it could cool down and be ready for Gabe to work on first thing. What truly sets Gabe apart is his honesty and integrity. When it came time to replace the spark plugs, he realized he had undercharged me. I told him I was happy to pay the difference, but when I picked up the vehicle, he refused to charge me any extra and honored the original quote. That kind of character is hard to find these days. Gabe stands behind his work, treats his customers fairly, and consistently goes above and beyond. It’s refreshing to work with someone you can trust completely.

We came to The Auto Bar (after a referral from a friend when I asked for a reliable mechanic with integrity) for a second opinion for a diagnostic on our car shaking at 50+ mph that our regular mechanic didn’t seem to be able to identify. He diagnosed what was going on with no hesitation. We were sent pictures and videos of what needed to be repaired. Also, his bid was very comparable to the bid that we had already received. Prompt communication. Kept the car an extra day longer than we had hoped (instead of pick up in evening on 2nd day, pick up was 10:00 a.m. on 3rd day), but we were flexible during that time period. They also were willing to still fit us into the schedule when we had to drop the car off three hours later than expected. Waiting area was very clean. Don’t always see that. Credit card/debit card fee is charged on top of repair fees unless paying by Zelle or check. We will consider their services again in the future.
