Yesterday at 8:00 PM I came to your shop to replace a tire after confirming everything with you over the phone. I was quoted $110. I had $90 in cash and offered to send the remaining $20 via Zelle — you refused. Fine. I said I would go get the money and come back. I was clearly told I could return before 10:00 PM. I drove across the city, wasted time and effort to get the cash, and on my way back around 9:40 PM I called again. Once again, I was told: “No problem, come back.” I arrived at 9:58 PM — BEFORE closing time — and right in front of me you shut the gate and refused service. After everything that was agreed. I explained the situation. I told you I had an emergency. I told you I have a newborn child and urgently needed my car. None of it mattered. I was simply told “no.” No explanation, no attempt to help, no basic human decency. I tried to reason with you. I tried to explain how serious my situation was. I was practically begging for you to honor what YOU agreed to. Complete disregard. This is beyond bad service. This is dishonesty, irresponsibility, and total lack of respect for your customers. If you confirm a service and a time — you are obligated to follow through. People need to understand exactly who they are dealing with here. In any serious or emergency situation, this place will fail you. They don’t care and have nothing from humans . This is a mark on your business that will stay with you for life because of what happened yesterday. Remember that.

I love this place, they’re easy, quick, and nice! I can hardly find any places that have my tire size, let alone a great deal. Today was my second visit and I’ll definitely be coming back again! Thanks guys!

I used to bring all of my vehicles here and lately. We’ve had nothing but issues with this company. I paid them to mount and balance tires recently on one of our vehicle vehicles and we ended up having to bring it back because they didn’t balance it. Then they charged me to balance them again, even though this was their fault. I recently just had them put another set of tires on one of our company vehicles and two out of four of the valve stems went bad and of course they wanted to charge an additional $15 for their mistake. This location’s quality has went way down and we’re having issues. We should not have. I would not recommend doing business with this company. UPDATED REVIEW After reading the owner’s response, it clearly shows that they don’t care about their customers. I have specifically asked for services like having the having the wheels balanced. They were happy to charge me for that and they did not balance the tires so once I got the freeway the truck felt like it was traveling down a dirt road. Returned to have them redo the balancing and of course they wanted to charge me for their mistake and make excuses like they’re doing now. They obviously didn’t check their work after putting tires on because I had to immediately have 1 stem replaced down the street due to the tire leaking all the air out and not wanting to damage the tire in an attempt to return back to the shop. Then that following morning, same thing. Now you know this company doesn’t care about their customers and I definitely will not spend another dollar there.

Bruhhhhh. I drive for Amazon flex and I had literally just picked up my packages when my tire went flat and I had to put the donut on. I was able to get my tire replaced for such a cheap price in literally 12 minutes and I was back on the road to do my route. They're amazing and so nice and helpful!
