Oil on the driveway. Ugh. Called some friends to get a recommendation for a local shop. One said that Scott from Sunland was the guy. We had the car towed over (2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid), and they diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue quickly and at a fair price. Unfortunately, the tech made a small mistake and once we got the car home, there was more oil on the driveway and a check engine light. Ugh, again. So we called back to Scott to see what he wanted us to do. We understand that sometimes mistakes are made and issues arise. How a business owner handles those issues are the difference between good businesses and great ones. This is a great one. Scott was MUCH more upset than we were! He got us back in same day and fixed the issue at no charge! (We should have paid for a necessary part, but he would not charge us.) With everything so expensive these days, and everyone trying to stretch a buck, it's hard to know if you're leaving your car with someone who cares about it as much as you do. Scott does. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough!

This is the third time that I’ve taken my car into Sunland Auto Service the mechanics and their crew are amazing. The first time I had my car worked on the price for the repair was Extremely reasonable. Today took it in because my air conditioner was only blowing cold on the passenger side and was having a strange noise coming out of the front of the car so I took it in never doubting they were gonna do a wonderful job and once again their pricing was extremely remarkable Just have to say they are the most honest auto shop that I’ve ever taken in my car without a doubt. I never have to worry about being overcharged or up charged. They charge a fair price. They’re very friendly and kind and really appreciate everything. They’ve done for me and my family so if you’re looking for a Trustworthy Service Center, Sunland auto Service is a place to take your car no doubt about it. Thank you Sunland auto Service
