I have been here many times for my 2017 Honda Accord and my wife also takes her vehicle here for oil changes, maintenance, and other repairs. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are also quick with the work. I highly recommend them.

I've been searching around the area for a good deal on a high mileage oil change. I spoke with Natasha, she was friendly and quick to get me in the same day. Not only did I get my oil changed but they also did a free comprehensive vehicle inspection. I felt at ease knowing the next steps to keep my vehicle safe and secure. Thank you Sun Devil Team. My favorite Sun Devil so far! Hayden was easy to work with, made sure to explain upcoming service recommendations to me in a way that I understood, and my service was completed in a timely manner. My family and I have been getting service from Sun Devil for a long time, and we always feel like their pricing is fair, work is done well, and they resolve any issues respectfully and fairly.

Went in for a front end wheel alignment Car was pulling hard to the right Had the car on the rack for two hours paid for the bill upon driving home car was doing exactly the same pulling hard to the right went back to the shop told him the issue was not corrected. Wanted to put it back on the alignment rack. I refused cause I didn’t wanna wait another two hours.. Talk to Hayden said he emailed corporate and they should give me a refund. Hope to get my refund without any issues. I do not recommend this shop for an alignment. Whole staff seems unexperienced!

On January 21st I called this store to schedule an appointment for an oil change, a nice lady answered the phone and helped me schedule my appointment for that Saturday morning Jan 24th at 8:00am. When I arrived Jamie the guy that checks you in said good morning how can I help you, I said I’m here for an 8:00 o’clock appointment for an oil change, he said we don’t do appointments for an oil change on Saturdays, I said well I called here and someone scheduled me for an oil change for today an he said no they didn’t you scheduled it online, I told him no I called and spoke to a lady, is there a lady that works here? He said yes, shes the manager. I then said ok then she scheduled me for my appointment and I know it was at this store because before we hung up she asked me if I knew where you guys were located I said yes, on baseline and country club, right? She said yes that’s correct. After Jamie insisted that “I scheduled my appointment online” several times I asked him if I could speak to the manager and he replied with a “NO” very snobby and upset, he turned me away and said I could leave my car but it would be like 5-6 hours before they could get to the oil change.. I told him I made an appointment for a reason and that was so I didn’t have to leave my car at a shop all day. I told him I wasn’t upset that he was turning me away I was more frustrated at the fact that he was talking to me as if I was crazy after repeatedly telling him I didn’t scheduled online, but IF I did schedule online and the system wasn’t supposed to allow me to do it I think it only would have been right for him to have granted me that appointment being that it was not my fault. But either way he should have granted it because someone there DID schedule me, he showed me the screen where I was scheduled as an “online” appointment, regardless the appointment was scheduled and it wasn’t me that went in their computer and scheduled it myself. Poor customer service at this location! I usually go to the one on Main but I live closer to this one so I went there, I will stick to the one on Main, James was able to get me in at a later time that day for an oil change! I I absolutely appreciated that!
