I needed my drivers power seat fixed as we had a planned trip the next day. I remembered how well Sun Devil treated their customers while I waited in the lobby area during past oil changes. After two dealerships told me they would need my car for two days to diagnose the seat problem and then not sure how long to get any parts I chose to give Sun Devil a call. They fit me in that day and said they would call with a plan and if parts were needed they usually arrive the next morning between 9-12. I chose them and got a Uber ride home provided by Sun Devil! They called in a few hours with a plan and said they’d call when my parts arrived the next morning. I got a call at 9:00 am the next day saying the part arrived. I got the next call saying my car was ready and I picked up my car before noon. I’m not sure if they squeezed me in but they were right on with how the time frame was originally shared. Our trip went on as planned! Very courteous and explained things well!

We took my wife's father's car in for much needed repairs. He was a snowbirder. He recently passed away and did not store his car properly here in AZ. Frank and the crew did a fantastic job at getting this older SUV running and in road worthy condition. Although it was costly I can not thank them enough for the great job they did. Frank was a pleasure to work with and found replacement parts at reasonable cost and savings! We are very satisfied with their work.
