Dont recommend this shop one bit. Paid over $3k for a simple transmission rebuild and they cant iron out the issues my truck still has even after returning 3 4 times. Leaks, crazy shifts, over heating issues (all this after I got my truck back for the first time).. I paid for all new internals and yet this place has been a nightmare. Your vehicle will spend months there, they expect you to bring your vehicle back 100 times if thats what it takes. Save your $ and time, go elsewhere.

They done everything from replacing my transmission & our head gaskets on our suburban to replacing our entire cooling system on our classic ‘96 Land Cruiser in a timely manner without trying to rob our wallets like a lot mechanic shops in the Valley!! Rebuilt the transmission in my Silverado like a year and a half ago and have 0 problems. Loved how it shifted so much I knew I had to go back when my Mustang blew the transmission. Finished it and it’s been better than ever. I did get a couple other quotes while the cars were down and I did notice that his prices were a couple hundred lower than the surrounding shops, the extra benefit was he was upgrading and replacing more parts that were prone to failure down the road.

Horrible experience and haven't picked up my truck yet. Im at work trying to do some financing issues on my end. But wouldn't work with me to solve this. All i got was im gonna charge you 40 a day for storage. I'm out here working in Idaho and no time of until today but was informed I couldn't pick it up till Jan 5th... please take your vehicle elsewhere...

5 Stars – Highly Recommend! I had a great experience with Solid Motors. Logan was extremely polite, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. He helped me get my motor rebuilt with new seals and a performance upgrade that runs better than ever. They also replaced some worn-out motor mounts and the radiator—all done quickly and efficiently. The turnaround time was impressive, and the customer service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be doing future business with them. Highly recommend Solid Motors for anyone needing quality, honest automotive work!
