First off, I would like to thank George and Mike for making me feel welcome the moment I walked in and for being completely transparent with me. As someone who knows cars, I really appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me on anything. They knew exactly what needed to be done and just did it. I used to rely on the dealership for my wife's BMW while it was under warranty, but now that I've found Pitlane, I'm never looking back. It is far more convenient and without the unnecessary dealer upcharges. It is just straightforward, high quality service. There is no reason to go back to the dealership anymore now that I’ve found my spot! The car is feeling much better, and I have peace of mind knowing I am receiving the best possible care with premium parts and fluids. It feels great to have a shop I can finally trust, I will definitely be bringing all my cars here from now on. Highly recommend!!!

Went in thinking I had a major issue with my car and thinking it would cost an arm and a leg but Mike and George were very honest and assured me that it wasn't anything major. Left with little out of pocket and great service and honesty. I'm definitely coming back with any issues. Hope I don't have any but if I do, I know where to take my cars. Thank you Pitlane crew.
