Had 1 transmission built and another replaced at Philips. I will never go anywhere else for transmission issues. Lorenzo doesn't mess around. They get you in and fix it better than new. In my opinion and experience, got to be top 3 transmission shops in Arizona. I would definitely reccomend Philips Transmission to anyone needing transmission issues fixed.
View on GoogleI have to add my 2 cents here. I would give these folks 10 stars if I could. I thought I had an issue with my transmission and stopped by. And Lorenzo stopped what he was doing and drove my vehicle with me for 30 mins to diagnose that I didn't have a problem after all. I offered to pay him for his time but he wouldn't take it. He was super knowledgeable and very generous with his time. I would not hesitate to go back there and send anyone I know who needs transmission work there.
View on GoogleI thought I was having transmission issues and I was referred to the shop. They got me in quick, test drove my car, and found out it was just my mounts. He didn’t charge me, then referred me to a shop down the street that ended up being $500 less than my normal mechanic for mounts. He also showed me one of the mounts I could replace on my own if I wanted to save money. A+, honest shop that I would recommend to anyone!
