View on GoogleI originally had met Robert and his wife a couple of years ago when I purchased a vehicle that they were the ones that had always worked on this Cadillac Escalade I found them to be honest and genuine and fair. But when I truly needed a mechanic Robert was ready to retire and then wasn't able to. I ended up having vehicles there one vehicle for a year my third vehicle the wife absolutely one of the rudest customer service people I've ever met months will go by before I got a response or could hear from them. I even attempted emailing the wife so I can get the codes of what was coming up on the vehicle so I could just confirm that that's what was wrong with it before I wouldn't put too much money into it and I never got them I believe at one time they were amazing but they are both burnt out I needed to retire but I guess cannot. As well as Maybe doing the same thing with many other vehicles and so their lot is full of vehicles that are just been abandoned instead of professionally communicating options with the customers like actually sitting receipts for the work you paid for a year later I'm still waiting for a copy of the receipts in the warranty from the clutch that they put on my Audi otherwise I think they are fair and reasonable I did have some things stolen out of the back of my Audi that was a disappointment they seem to be really rough and sloppy and dirty I wouldn't take a very expensive vehicle there
