Pixi was absolutely incredible to work with. She took the time to thoroughly explain and walk me through everything my car needed and, more importantly, helped me prioritize the repairs based on what truly mattered. I never felt pressured or upsold—just supported and informed every step of the way. She really treats her customers like family, and it shows. The level of transparency, thoughtfulness, and integrity here is unmatched. I left feeling confident in the work that was done and grateful to have found a shop I can trust. I've been using these guys for years based off a recommendation from a close friend. They've worked on 2 different Rav4s 1 Jeep and a Jaguar for us. I make all my nieces and nephews bring their first car here. Even if they live out in Glendale or Peoria Probably the most honest mechanics I've ever met. They will take the time to answer questions, they aren't pushy (except for safety concerns) and frankly Pixie and Josh run a great company. It's nice to have someone you can trust take care of you and your families vehicles. On top of the great customer experiences they also are just good people that work there. They have a ton of vehicle experience across the whole team. As a business they 100% work to build long-term relationships with their customers which is something I value, it's everything you want out of a mechanic shop that you want to use for years to come. They also have returned every phone call if in doing some maintenance work on my own and need some advice. I look forward to staying with this shop as long as I possibly can. You won't be disappointed!

This is the only place I get my car worked at. I trust them completely and they have never let me or my family down in the years we have been coming here. They are good honest people who have never tried to overcharge me for anything. I feel safe going to them for any issue with my car that I have. From an oil change to a check engine light, they will do their best to get you back on the road. I highly recommend their shop.

I have been bringing my car here for several years now and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Pixi and Josh are very communicative and transparent. As a woman, I have had tough experiences in the past where I’ve felt like an oil change or maintenance check led to unexpected issues and feelings of pressure or judgement; but at Open Shop Auto, Pixi and Josh’s communication totally removes that pressure and sets clear expectations.
