This was my first visit to New Dimensions Automotive. The electrical problem in my car was fixed and the cost was very reasonable. They are friendly staff with service to bring home and pick up when the car has been fixed. I had friends highly recommend I go there, and now I highly recommend them to everyone. They now have a new customer!

I’m not a typical customer for an auto repair shop—I perform all of my own maintenance and repairs. In this case, I believed I had a rear main seal issue that would have required removing the transmission (and why I needed help). After their inspection, they determined it was not the rear seal at all, but multiple other gaskets causing the oil leak. They also fixed a coolant leak caused by a simple loose clamp, recommended replacing the timing belt, and addressed a failing motor mount. What stood out most was their honesty and transparency. They could have easily told me the rear seal was bad and charged me for unnecessary work, but they didn’t. Instead, I received a clear, itemized report with photos, fair pricing, and no pressure. The technology they use to send inspection details and pictures is impressive and makes it easy to trust their recommendations. I got the car back running perfectly, with everything fixed as explained. This shop absolutely deserves more than five stars. I’ll be back, and they genuinely restored my faith in trustworthy auto repair shops

I came in the recommendation from Tim whom I met at Auto Zone . Upon scheduling an appointment with Lindsey the following Monday, I was pleasantly suprised with her repoire, knowledge and enthusiasm to help me as a new customer, this good vibe put me at ease about the shop .Lindsey kept me updated daily and less than two days later my truck was available for pick up .Needless to say I was impressed by the quick service and customer service .The two previous shops that I had used in the past, Sun Devil auto and Big O where chosen due to close proximity but failed in completing the tasks in timely matters and to my satisfaction. To find New Dimension so close that provide reliable and lighting fast service is huge . I look forward to using them along with Wade's for all my future automotive maintainence and repairs in the future . A big shout to Lindsey and the entire shop personnel.
