Great service! Went in after curbing my car (cause I’m just a girl) and had to have my alignment done, while checking my alignment they let me know I needed to have a CV boot repaired after it was torn! Had them both fixed and now my car is driving as good as new! Had me in and out for the alignment in just under an hour and a few days later I dropped my car off for MAYBE two hours to get the boot replaced!
Shout out to Alex for the great service as well I wish I could remember the others names as well because the team was so great!
View on GoogleI recently had the pleasure of visiting Network Automotive Service Center located at 104 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85201, on December 31, 2024, to have some work done on my mini-van. Although the bill came close to $1,400, I left feeling completely satisfied and confident that I received fair value for the services provided.
During my visit, I had a wonderful conversation with Foster, who took the time to explain everything in detail. While the prices may vary compared to competitors, I truly appreciated the honesty and transparency of the service. To my delight, they completed the work three hours ahead of schedule!
Today, I returned for an oil change, which I couldn't fit into my previous visit due to time constraints. I’m grateful for their flexibility and willingness to accommodate my needs.
Network Automotive has several locations throughout the valley, and while I can only speak to my experience at this Mesa location, I can wholeheartedly recommend Foster and his team for their integrity and professionalism. If you're in search of an honest and reliable automotive service shop, I encourage you to give them a try!
View on GoogleStruts and shocks, price matched other shops AND upgraded to high quality parts, a savings of $600! Got me in fast and installed them while i waited. Also, i asked to get dif fluids changed, but they said after checking it, it looked perfect, no need to change as the previous owner must have recently changed it. Finally, the tech did a very thorough check of all systems, no charge, found a couple issues, but did not try to pressure me into another fix, just explained what to watch for. Overall, Trustworthy, quality parts, low priced, fast, and competent team.
View on GoogleNetwork Automotive took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and explain what was going on in a way that was easy to understand.
Even though the repair required a different type of shop, they had a recommendation for me that they trusted.
I really appreciated how honest and professional they were throughout the process.
Thank you, Foster and Alex, for your integrity and excellent customer service! I highly recommend Network Automotive.
