I was looking through my emails to see if I could find a coupon for a oil change and ran across a special from Mercie J. I made a call schedule an appointment brought it in and to my surprise it was for a birthday special. Some of the best service i've ever received! From the moment I walked in , I felt like I was part of the family. They did a full inspection and provided me with a list of everything they checked and all their recommendations for future services, and then reviewed it with me so that I knew what was done , and what should be done in the future. First class in my opinion. I would highly recommend them for your auto care and repair needs.

Love this shop and everyone that works here. Their customer service is above par and they really treat you like your family. The only shop I been to that is honest and does amazing work and it’s why it’s the only shop I go to. You can tell the mechanics know what they are doing and are truly certified to work on all cars. They took good care of me, and my car. When I failed emissions due to the check engine light, I took my car here because they seemed trustworthy (by looking at their reviews) and they also participate in the state program, which pays for part of your repairs if you fail emissions. They are very communicative, and very friendly! They even sent me home with a bunch of goodies and home baked banana bread.. :D I would definitely bring my car here again. Thanks again, you guys!

Took my car in on a Thursday morning with an annoying rattle coming from the rear of the vehicle. Mercie J's was able to diagnose the issue before noon that same day. They called me with a quote and a timeframe. My car was ready on Monday by 5:30pm and the total bill was several hundred dollars LESS than the original quote. Mercie J's was recommended to me by family members and a former employee. They all emphasized this shop's honesty and integrity. My car is driving better than ever and I will definitely continue using Mercie J's for my future car care needs.
