Hands down the best tire shop in Mesa!!! I’m so very thankful for you guys saved my life with my tire on my van tonight!! I gave the shop time to fix the issue but it’s been about two months so here we go: Just bought a 2008 corvette and instantly bought racestars wheels that had Hoosier tires on them, we had a car show on march 22nd in tuscon and I was doing things to the car last second like, Radio at a stereo shop, car getting detailed, new speakers, new spoiler, etc. and I had to grab a trailer aswell I say this because my mind was far from babysitting them and making sure they do their job right. So they swap my zo6 wheels that were on the car with the racestars and I brang some lugs for the wheels but they were the wrong size so they told me they had some in their shop, cool they show it to me and I trusted they made the right pick or decision cause they are “the professionals” and that’s why I brought it to them. A day after we get back from tuscon im driving “40mph” in Tempe going down southern and BANG!!!! I thought my diff or transmission fell out the car, but no I watched as my new wheel rolled past me and almost smacked two children walking home from school, luckily traffic was about 15seconds out from colliding with my tire and luckily the kids were 7seconds behind from getting injured but thanks god that didn’t happened and yes I do have the footage from my corvette losing a wheels, the kids and the traffic. My wheels hit a wall and settled down I was shaken up cause i didn’t know WTH just happened, I call the shop and tell them to send someone out or send a tow truck and as I’m waiting I’m inspecting the wheels job as all the wheel studs have about 3-4 threads pull straight off, meaning the lug nuts only caught about 3-4 threads and also keep in mind that most tire shops including this one don’t use a torque wrench they use a impact and hope that they don’t over torque the lugs, if I saw a corvette, hellcat, lift truck, dropped truck, or any modified vehicle whether that be from factory or that be aftermarket, I would either do the work my self and make sure this car is ready for whatever driving conditions it usually undergoes, imagine the owner ask me if I race, I say yes and he’s like “okay we’ll torqued them but just to let you know we usually don’t do this” he Probally didn’t think to torque them with a torque wrench or decline the service cause they didn’t have the right lugs because either the alcohol in his system or because he’s gotten too complacent with his standard of quality. Last but not least I was planning on driving the car out to tuscon and I have messages to prove that but last second I got a trailer cause I didn’t want the az heat to cause a breakdown and slow down my entourage so I trailered it and I’m so glad I did cause imagine that wheel fell off on the way there or when I was going 140mph down the dragstrip and keep in mind that this was just the driver side. So they brang their shop truck and trailer and I had to call 3-4 friends to help out me and the two staff that never had done this before(no disrespect to them). We had the corvette on three jacks hovering in the air while they reversed the trailer under my car. We get it back to the shop and owner says we’ll fix it and I told him “what about the wheels” and he said he’ll sand it down and paint it🤡 the mounting hub in the wheel had chunks of metal that no longer existed, the barrel of the wheel had deep scouring I checked in frequently and finally after a lot of bs it was done but never fixed my side skirt, my mud guards, my whole trunk was pushed up and dis aligned from it falling on the floor. But hey I gave them a chance and talked to my lawyer and will be taking this further as many people have been f’d over by this shop and I would love to bring it to the light. In case they forgot(the shop) I have the video of the wheel falling off and throughout the whole process. Could’ve just manned up to your mistake🤡

DON'T SHOP HERE!!! Wish 0 stars was an option. Came here and bought 2 brand new sets of tires, about $1500 worth. They installed, mounted and balanced them and after only about 10,000 miles - 4 months had an issue with 1 tire and they won't warranty it out. VERY rude and was arguing with me. Sure they just take people's money and won't keep up on there part. All that for a $120 tire. Just lost my business for sure and sure won't refer anyone there. Don't get scammed here!!!

I initially visited Llantera Del Centro for tire service on my 2024 Mercedes Sprinter, providing my own tires. I was charged for installation and alignment, and they also recommended replacing the tie rod ends on both front sides. I purchased the parts as advised, but when I returned for the repair, they told me the replacement wasn’t needed after all, so I had to return the parts. At my next appointment, they mentioned I needed a new shock, which I replaced. After the service, they assured me my van was good to drive. However, the vehicle was not in proper condition, and I ended up damaging my front left tire. Now, they’re claiming I need to pay for two brand-new tires, which feels like a scam. Their misdiagnosis and lack of accountability have cost me unnecessary expenses, and I can’t recommend their service. After spending over $2000 the car is still Not fixed.
