I had been dealing with loud, frustrating noises coming from my car for many months and was honestly stressed about what it might be.Nothing seemed to fix the noises. Im a entry level automotive technician currently enrolled at UEI College and I had P1682 code which cause a engine power reduced, as most people you know it as a "limb mode." As far as I know what they told me they replaced the "run/crank relay", "starter relay," and lastly "air intake throttle bottle garment." Relayes cost $10.00 bucks max for #1🤡, and throttle garment $20.00 bucks max.🤡 I ended paying $293.00 for thing that didn't fix the P1682 code.🤡 I did my own diagnosis as entry level automotive technician soon to graduate from UEI College and found out the problem came back to broken copper wire with one the fuse box. I payed 215.00 for a fuse box, installed it and now runs perfectly fine. No thanks for overcharging me but thank you to making a better technician.

All the gentlemen have been extremely pleasurable to work with and treated my Volvo named Lola with the utmost of respect. There are 3-4 gentlemen that work here daily and one guy solely working on oil changes. Amenities included a restroom for customers, and a waiting area. I came in for a possible fuel pump issue. The issue was quickly diagnosed and I received my car the very next day. If I had one complaint it would be the cost of labor I felt was a bit more than I would have liked. All said and done, these gentlemen have themselves a returning customer. Highly recommend this establishment, they will treat your car with high respect and resolve the issue quickly. Thank you guys for taking such good care of my Volvo and treating my baby with respect.

View on GoogleMy dealership wanted to charge me 4000$ to fix my car. I took my bill to Imports & American Auto Services and they took care of me. For 2000$ they fix my car and did a oil change and gave me two air filters for free. I got a lot more than what the dealership offered me. Now this Is hands-down the most caring mechanic I have ever met.
