By far by far, the greatest automotive shop I have ever had the experience of bringing my car to it didn’t take long. They were very respectful. The prices were fantastic. I will never bring my car anywhere else except this shop from nose to tail. They will get it done. Yes, yes yes Devlin Was very knowledgeable very informative very polite easy to talk to and he understood exactly what I needed from the start. If you haven’t been to Half Price Auto Repair and performance, this is the place that you need to go the one and only place I will ever take my car again.

I had an amazing experience with this auto repair shop. The team was professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in a way I could understand, and had my vehicle back on the road faster than expected. The pricing was fair with no hidden surprises, and the quality of work was top-notch. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but these guys definitely earned my business going forward. My experience with Half Price Auto was a disaster. I brought my Subaru into their shop on Memorial Day, and Konner, the assistant manager, told me that my transmission was shot. I decided on a used transmission. Konner told me that the cost would be $4,900 and that the car would be ready between Wednesday and Saturday. The next day, I received a phone call from the manager, Devlin. He informed me that they had to wait for the transmission to be delivered, so my car might not be ready till the following week. At that point, I decided to rent a car. When I went in to pick up my car that Saturday, Conner handed me a bill for $5,500. I was shocked. I had expected to pay the agreed-upon price of $4,900. I objected to the bill, and Conner responded, "Oh, they forgot to take off the programming." He then presented me with a bill for $5,151. That's $251 more than the quoted price that we had agreed upon. I once again objected, but Conner refused to explain why I was being charged an additional $251.I went ahead and paid this amount because were people waiting in line behind me. For the next three weeks, the manager (Devlin) gave me the runaround. He told me that the $251 was added to the bill because I had paid with a credit card. I told him that Conner hadn't told me about this credit-card surcharge--even when I asked him to explain the bill. If Conner had told me, I would have immediately gone to my bank and withdrawn cash. Devlin was clearly angry, but he finally said that he would refund me the amount. When I went in to pick up my check, Conner was also angry and even accused me of being a liar. I wonder what the other customers in the shop made of this unprofessional behavior. I was relieved that I finally got my money back, but I shouldn't have had to go through a month of hell just to get what was owed to me.

Devlin at Half-Price Auto is honest and focused only on the services my vehicle actually needed. I appreciated that there was no pressure or attempt to upsell unnecessary repairs, which made the entire experience feel trustworthy and transparent. The work was done quickly, and the pricing was great! It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, and their honesty and straightforward approach really stood out!! I'll be back!!

I am so impressed with Half Price! Their communication is incredible. They kept me informed throughout the process, took pictures of their findings with the car and sent them straight to my phone, provided estimates for the potential work to be done, and talk me through the reason behind the needed repairs. I didn’t feel pressured, they treated me like I was the only customer, and just incredibly kind good hearted people. I also recognize the prices are extremely reasonable, they are not trying to take advantage or up the prices. I am grateful I found this place, I recommend to everyone! Update! They sent me a text message today to make sure everything is running smoothly! Who does that?! I am so grateful to have been guided to here! Huge blessing!
