This shop is an absolute disaster. From the moment I called, the staff were rude, short, and clearly couldn’t care less about helping me. I brought my car in for a simple coolant leak, explained everything clearly, and they acted like I was wasting their time. They talked down to me, brushed off everything I said, and made me feel stupid for even asking questions. Then they had the nerve to quote me $1,800 for a bunch of stuff I never asked for and charge me $150 just for a “diagnosis.” No repair, no help, just attitude and a ridiculous bill. When I went to pick up my car, they didn’t even bother to be polite — just flat-out rude like I was an inconvenience for showing up. The whole experience screamed arrogance and laziness. They clearly don’t care about customers or doing honest work — just about squeezing money out of people who don’t know any better. If you value your time, your money, or basic human decency, go anywhere else. This place doesn’t deserve your business. Total scam vibes from start to finish.

As a single woman, I have to be careful who I trust with my car care. I am completely confident in the service I get from these guys. No up sell, just excellent service. They are thorough, professional and trustworthy.
