We brought our 2006 Jeep (V8 Hemi) to GTR Automotive after choosing them based on their excellent Google reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the reputation. Our goal was simple: get our spare vehicle (from Michigan) to pass emissions. Their team diagnosed the issues and repaired the full exhaust system, including the manifold, starter, and O2 sensors. Thanks to their work, the Jeep passed emissions without any problems. One thing we really appreciated was their transparency and communication throughout the process. They kept us updated and always asked for approval before performing any additional work or adding costs—no surprises. Because this is our spare vehicle, we told them there was no rush and gave them an open-ended timeline of up to four weeks. They explained that they would need time to diagnose the issues, order parts, and complete the repairs, and estimated it would likely take about a week. They delivered exactly on that timeline and had everything completed in one week. The final cost was right in line with what we expected, and they also provided a warranty on the work they completed, which shows they stand behind their service. We own four vehicles and each one has its own trusted mechanic. GTR Automotive has officially earned the role as the permanent mechanic for this Jeep. Highly recommend! Very honest, friendly knowledgeable and welcoming. They make you instantly feel at home. They don't give you the runaround and are very straight forward. I've taken all of my cars here over the years. They've even thrown in some work for free.
