Start buying your tires here! Great experience accidentally called and found they had the best pricing on heavy duty trailers tires. $30 a tire cheaper than competition. Robert was great to deal with. I would suggest you try this place next time you're looking for a great local shop. Im impressed and that isn't easy.
View on GoogleI needed a front end alignment and had went somewhere else 1st and told me I needed other parts to be replaced and they couldn’t do it. My mechanic who owns his own business I just put outer tie rod ends on and I knew if something else needed to be replaced he’d have told me. So I came here and told them exactly what I needed and they not only aligned the front end but also did the back. So pleased with them. I told my mechanic and he said he was going to refer his other clients here also. Thanks so much Jacob and Ryan.
View on GoogleHad a crazy situation of my rear view mirror just falling off and the OReilly people said they could not help so I found the closest mechanic near my location after my dentist appt; the staff was very friendly and quickly handled my issue. Had to order new mirror which was in for Friday install; service took less than 30 minutes. Great customer engagement. I had svc at a different repair shop earlier in the week which was over $1k so I hope there’s no need for any further repairs in the near future!
View on GoogleWell, today is the day, after being a customer for a while that I have to finally give them a bad rating. My son dropped his car in for an AC issue, had multiple misleading diagnosis, couldn't provide any evidence of leaks, told us they dont have to document all the tests they do, but to 'trust them', and the new compressor was obviously the issue. Good mechanics will always prove why something needs to be done. Bad mechanics guess and keep swapping out parts hoping to get it right. It's not difficult to do a nitrogen or dye test on a car's AC, neither of which was done - pure guess work resulting in almost $1000 additional fees to pay for all the things they thought were wrong but could never provide evidence. Totally took my 17yr old for granted. We asked for the Vacuum test history, didnt exist. We asked for the leak test history, didnt exist. We asked if the mechanic had changed a part, to which the response was 'i dont know.' Seems asking him was a little too much effort when you want to charge $2000 to replace a compressor. When my son asked for more information he was told there were other customers they have to get after having the car 3 days and to come back tomorrow.
