Decided to try something a little bit closer to work for my car service and they did not disappoint. Just a quick note if you need to work while you wait actually have a desk in the corner with electricity so you could charge your devices while you’re there as well. Good value and great staff experience. D’Angelo was super helpful and carries on a great conversation and get to know the customers as well.
View on GoogleCustomer service was amazing! Just an oil change but treated me like I was family. I was about 15 minutes late for my appointment, but D'Angelo made no big deal of it. Being a mechanics daughter now that pop is gone, I was looking for a solid place in the East Valley to take all my vehicles to for proper timely maintenance, and I have to say they passed my audition with flying colors. (Most shops try to rip me off because I'm a female, honesty is rare these days.) I will definitely be back.

I am always refreshed by a direct explanation of needs and options. It is true that some mechanics do not communicate well with women, but that is not true here. I get complete information with clear opinions and full respect for my ability to understand. The staff are really good people who. Are about their customers. I always recommend this shop and the work they do to my friends and family when they need service on their vehicles.
View on GoogleD’Angelo and his crew are doing a fantastic job of servicing their customers. As a longtime customer of this location, I often waited many hours for service. This does not happen anymore under the leadership of D’Angelo. The schedule is punctual, he diagnoses the problem and solves it in a timely fashion. Since he has come to this location, the waiting room is clean, the drinks are stocked and the room is set to a very comfortable temperature. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. D’Angelo will treat you like family and when you drive away, you rest assured that your vehicle is safe and problem free.
View on GoogleI had an excellent experience at Goodyear Auto Service on February 28th, 2026. Although I didn't have an appointment, I called in, and D'Angelo, the shop manager, answered the phone. He was incredibly professional and attentive. I explained that I needed basic maintenance--such as a headlight replacement, fluid checks, and also that my AC's highest setting wasn't working. D'Angelo got me in for same-day service, which I really appreciated. He paid special attention to my concerns, even coming out to my car to ensure the headlight worked. The team at this location on 50 N. Dobson Road, Mesa Arizona, has always done a fantastic job for me. I'm truly grateful and highly recommend them. Five stars for D'Angelo and the whole team!
