I have been working with this auto shop over the years and I have not been disappointed. I have had some repairs done that were a bit complex. I have had the support and guarantee the work would be satisfactory. Communication has always been at the highest most explanatory and thorough! Service on my vehicle was done efficiently and within acceptable time. The previous manager Jeff was a great manager who built trust, the new Regional Manager Eric is following up to make sure customers are happy with the transition and also having their service needs met. I will say I have had some detailed encounters when it came to parts, repairs, replacements and customer satisfaction was never missed! They go the extra mile for their customers by offering free Uber to and from making it so easy to get my car repaired at my convenience! Brad and Michael handled the front desk very efficiently and gave me their full attention, answering any questions or concerns with sincere responses and interest and with a lounge full of customers, left no one unattended to. Great teamwork! When I met the manager Eric, just in conversation, you can feel how he values your trust and how important it is to only offer a high standard of honest quality workmanship. I went in with concerns about my transmission. Eric and his team went above and beyond to give me all the information regarding the status of my transmission and fluid. They referred me to a transmission specialist. And when i went to pay I was informed that there would be no charge. They even gave me a full diagnostic report. Fixed a brake light sensor issue for me as well for free! I will be returning for all of my maintenance needs. Great shop!

I normally go to the dealership that I buy my cars from to get serviced, but Mercedes couldn’t get me in in the timeframe that I needed my car fixed. I called in about my brake pad light. I worked with Eric, who was really kind. I needed to do my school work, and he was able to accommodate my daughter and I. That was really sweet of him. The whole staff was nice. Eric went above and beyond to fix my car, even helping with a diagnostic error for no additional cost. In fact, he offered us a coupon. My car was fixed the same day, which was awesome. They had the best music playing in the background too! We will definitely come back! ❤️

I'm always skeptical when it comes to trusting a mechanic shop, and so I went in with my guard up and my uncle on the dial just in case. Eric, the Manager there, was extremely personable and informative. He and his technicians evaluated my old car, found the fix and provided a reasonable estimate and left me feeling like there's still folks out there that really go that extra mile to earn your patronage. As I always do, called my uncle and ran the situation by him, he asked to talk to Eric and in minutes they were like old buddies!
