Mesa Gemba Automotive was awesome!! I don’t know where to begin! Cody, Doug and other mechanic were so friendly and especially knowledgeable so much so that I felt very confident the pre-purchase inspection caught everything I needed to know to make a good decision about this Jeep. And I was able to go back to the dealer with a complete list of items that needed to be fixed or reduce his quoted price. I asked so many questions but the guys continued to be patient with me to answer ALL of them completely! I even came back with one last concern and Cody solved that issue with a couple plastic push pins in the wheel well cover. I’m the work they do would be thorough so I will be back when the need arises!

I found Gemba after not being able to schedule service at the local Fiat dealer. Gemba was nearby (visiting Mesa for the month) and had consistent reviews. Dustin & Cody were very responsive and offered to take a look at my known problem (bad half axle). In the process they found an additional and potentially even worse problem (worn struts & strut mounts). Cody got me an estimate and timeframe for parts in a few hours. Amazingly the parts showed up sooner than expected and he was able to fit me on Friday to get all the work done. Fiats are temperamental beasts - these repairs seem to have tightened up the front end significantly. When my other axle was done in August I was told it's always a good idea to get an alignment when front end work is done. Gemba wasn't able to do one so I found Network Alignment on Cave Creek which turned out to be a good thing as I had a pretty good toe out. Otherwise, Gemba did the work quickly and based on prior experience, the charges seemed reasonable. Very professional as well with an Uber ride, water and snacks as additional perks. Thanks!
