Needed an AC recharge for ’11 BMW M3. Called Friendly, they said happy to help so popped by with the car on Saturday morning and the first thing they asked was did I need the car back that day. They were immediately willing to make and extra effort to help me out. As it happens, I didn’t need it until Monday. Called 1st thing Monday morning and got the word it was ready to go. They stuck to their price – did not up-sell me on anything. It is so refreshing to find a great auto shop. Oh, and the AC has never blown so cold and that says a lot in AZ! I highly recommend these folks.

Friendly Auto has gone above and beyond in their knowledge, customer service,, integrity and timeliness in repairing my Nissan Sentra! I was at my wits end when a good friend of my told me about Friendly Auto Center because I had already had 2 other places do work and diagnostics on it and it still didn’t run nor did the others seem to have a clue about what the issue was. Friendly Auto had my car less than 24 hrs and diagnosed and fixed it at a great price!! Bring your vehicle here I’m sure you won’t be disappointed if you want Friendly, knowledgeable, and people with integrity to work on you vehicle. We have been using friendly auto since we moved here 5 years ago! Love their transparency and their helpfulness! Needed a battery and they helped with the warranty and nothing was charged to us again which was amazing. Also needed the car back the same day and they made it happen! So easy to make an appt and they’re the best to work with! 10/10 recommend.

Thank You for great customer service. The only thing I would suggest is providing plastic seat & steering wheel covers. They provided a paper cover on floor only.
