Had work done on my Jeep and paid around $1,500, and honestly I regret trusting this shop. They installed a no-name, low-quality battery in a vehicle that is known to be very sensitive to battery quality and reserve capacity. These cheaper batteries often have thin internal plates and poor reserve power, which in hot climates like ours leads to premature failure, and that’s exactly what happened. That battery lasted only about 6 months before needing replacement, then again around 9 months later it failed again, causing additional electrical and transmission-related issues due to inconsistent power delivery. I later took the Jeep to another mechanic up the road, and they immediately pointed out the battery as the problem and explained that this vehicle requires a proper, high-quality battery, not an off-brand, entry-level unit. So in less than 2 years, I ended up replacing the battery three times and spending another $230 just to correct what should have been done properly in the first place. This has cost me far more time, money, and stress than it ever should have. I feel like I was overcharged for work that did not prioritize quality parts or long-term reliability. As someone else put it… faith? Yeah—faith in the almighty dollar, not in doing the job right.

DO NOT GO HERE! Please take your vehicle anywhere but here. We took our vehicle here 4 times since December 2025. Each time we paid cash. They over charged us for parts, and labor. We were charged over $1600 for a "drain and fill" transmission service that I can get from a transmission shop for around $300. They stripped the lug nuts on my driver side tire when they replaced my control arm. My intake manifold was cracked after they replaced my valve covers and manifold gasket. I took the vehicle back due to noise coming from the front and my car was pulling to one side. I was told everythig was fine. Then in March my vehicle started smoking and sputtering. I took it back. They told me they ran a compression test and I had 7 bad cylinders. My vehicle is a 6 cylinder. They told me it was overheating, and needed a new engine due to excessive carbon build up in my valves, which they discovered using a Boriscope, pictures were included. I was quoted between $8k and $14k for a new engine replacement. We had just spent over $5k since December to fix it, so we were out of money and we decided to wait. After hearing contradictory information, we took our vehicle for a second opinion. We found that the compression was in NORMAL range. The carbon build up in my valves was NORMAL for the mileage. The 225° idle temperature, was within normal range. The manifold had been cracked. My transmission fluid was dirty, indicating it had NOT been serviced, even though I paid over $1600 for the service. 2 Lug nuts and wheel studs were damaged. Even the oil pan drain plug they replaced is leaking. We paid thousands of dollars to fix the damages caused by Faith Works. We were lied to, and almost frauded out of thousands of more dollars. We called the owner Paul, and General Manager Blaine asking for a refund. They offered us a refund of $543. They said that they had a bad compression tester they day they ran our test, however the cost of the compression test alone was $595. Save your car and your stress and FIND a REPUTABLE shop, this is not it.

Met with the Owner, he's the right person if you love the straightforward approach. Had an oil change, not the Quicky kind, they took a Thorough look and gave me recommendations, the owner is highly knowledgeable on How cars work, best repair prices, and the order to Do each task, one at a time Highly recommend you only Come here for a Thorough oil change, and much more! Happy to know they do other repairs, just ask!

I found the referral to this shop from a church in Mesa that I use to attend. I am starting to feel like they are up selling alot just like the car dealerships every time I take my car here they give me a long list of what needs to be done. I have taken good care of my car which makes me wonder if I am really getting honest service. There have been things they have recommended that I just had repaired not long ago at this shop, that's the same thing they do at the expensive car dealerships that is whi I stopped taking my car to the dealerships plus it is old and out of warranty.

came in thinking my issue was gonna be a little more complicated but all my truck needed was a code cleared so my steering and brakes could work again. super chill staff, thank you.
