I took my 2014 Nissan here because AC was not blowing cold. They fixed it for a reasonable price last year. This year it was blowing hot again. I took it in expecting to pay a fee to have it recharged, but they said they would cover it under warranty and got it blowing cold again without any additional cost. Super rare nowadays for a garage to be so vigilant about making sure everything is done perfectly. Highly recommend. I’ve been to a lot of auto shops as it is hard to find a good mechanic. Faith Works is great.

Faith Works Automotive absolutely earned my trust. After experiencing a severe vibration issue, I had been told it might be transmission-related, which was understandably concerning. Something didn’t sit right with me, so I decided to get another evaluation. Josh and Brandon at Faith Works took the time to test drive and thoroughly inspect my vehicle. They quickly and confidently diagnosed the issue as both CV axles — not the transmission. Their honesty and careful assessment saved me from unnecessary transmission work and a much larger expense. The repairs were completed promptly, the pricing was fair and transparent, and my vehicle is now safe, smooth, and fully drivable. Josh and Brandon were professional, patient, and straightforward from start to finish. In a stressful moment, they provided clarity and integrity. I’m incredibly grateful and will absolutely be using Faith Works as my go-to shop moving forward. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable about my car (a little bit older vehicle). Very transparent about pricing. Let me know worst case scenario up front. No pressure. Gave me time to decide how I wanted to proceed. Completed work in a timely manner. I would recommend them to others. My Car. My story. Getting an older car with issues worked on can be scary. Sometimes the issues found while fixing the original problem just keep coming. I had a little bit of that happen to me. I needed a new water pump on my vehicle. I don't think most shops would even consider working on my car. Thankfully they did. The bolts where corroded and they let me know the price of the repair and warned me that if they had trouble removing all the bolts. There would be extra work (possibly very expensive). They couldn't get one bolt out. They contacted me again and clearly explained to me the options and what each would cost. Option one was ~2x as much as the original fix. If option one didn't work, they let me know what option two would cost ~3x original work. They gave me other options to stop the work right there. I told them to proceed. The first option fixed the problem and for less than the new estimated amount. Thank you for clearly communicating to me and being transparent with the potential cost if additional issues where found.

For a place that’s called faith works, I have completely lost my faith. Let’s start with the parts they replaced on my vehicle failing after a year only. I called and the manager Josh said it’s under two year warranty. I bring it in and tell him specifically I do not need a diagnosis I just need to replace the parts they worked on as long as they are under warranty. If the manager was transparent and told me that the warranty is invalid after 24k miles I would have let him know it’s way passed it however he only mentioned 2 years. He was so persistent and charging me a diagnosis just to tell me to that it’s passed the mileage. It could have been easily prevented just by asking me the mileage or by just first looking at my miles. Im all about paying for quality work. The work here isn’t quality. The service isn’t either. Horrible experience not only once but twice. Having heard the manager say they are trying to get more money out of the insurance company just shows the mindset of greed they have. I hope the owner really considers giving their management some feedback to just take an extra moment to show more of an effort towards helping the customer out.
