I had been told by an express oil manager my car had a leak in my rack and pinion when I thought there was a drip from an oil change there. I called Copper State, where we normally have vehicle repairs done and had them quote me for the work. Joe did all the leg work to find the parts and get them ordered but then he asked if I could stop in before scheduling the repair so they could take a look at it. I took it in and when the repair person looked at it he said it was impossible to have a leak. It is a closed electrical unit. We are always impressed by the integrity of this repair shop. The help are all courteous and accommodating. The shop has a nice lobby area if you need to stay while the work gets done. This is our spot for service and people we have recommended them to are very happy to have had their work done there too. Thanks Joe and crew!!!

They handle regular maintenance all the way up to the dreaded major car organ replacements (looking at you engine). They are friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. We have taken all our cars to Copperstate for years. This is no fly-by-night shop. They are the folks we send all our family and friends to when they ask for a mechanic recommendation. The few times we've gone to get second opinions on proposed work, the other mechanics have commented that the prices are fair and suggestions in line with with the rest of the industry. If you are looking for a shop, stop looking. Call them. While your bank account might weep to get the work done, know your cars are in trusted hands to keep you safe rolling down the road. And that friends is worth every penny.

He drove an hour each way, and was 25% of the cost of the repair shop quote. He is so friendly and helpful talking through options. Money is tight with four little kids and he provided me with great piece of mind and savings.
