Liam worked on one of my trucks a couple years back and did a great job. Started having trouble with my current car so I thought I'd ask him if he could take a look at it. He asked what was going on with the car and that's the last I heard from him. He didn't reply to my 3 other texts explaining what was happening and asking if he could look at the car. I tried to be a loyal customer and ended up feeling like a bother.

I was having trouble with my 2001 Subaru Forester. I contacted Liam at busted knuckle and scheduled an appointment. he kept me informed on what time he would be arriving at my house, he showed up prepared to do the job. we ended up having an issue with my battery not being able to start the vehicle so he didn't even charge me a service fee. He believes the issue is going to be an electrical issue and has referred me to another mechanic that he knows personally that he believe can do the job more efficiently than he can, he was very knowledgeable of the work he did, very polite, very professional. I will be using Liam in the future if any issues arrive with my or my wife's vehicle and I would highly recommend his services to anybody looking for a mobile mechanic that is knowledgeable and willing and ready to do the job.
