Went to get my oil changed and my your and alignment looked at jerry was so helpful. He says we'll look at the alignment that discount tire said you need it but we will check first before we charge you and if it needs it do you want us to do it? I said yes I came back and he says that no alignment was needed and I paid for the oil change only. Excellent service on staff and a great location thank you so much once again and today I came in July 3 to have my Toyota Camry oil changed and they worked me in last minute and offered the new rotation with the oil change again thank you so much for such a great place to come for my three cars to get serviced!

Free Brake inspection. Brake pads and rotor replacement. Rear brake adjust. My only complaints are they didn't clean or attempt to clean the calipers off, and check the fluid level after pushing back the actuator pistons. I had to remove some brake fluid to return it to the max mark. I also removed the wheels and cleaned the inner wheels and calipers off of built up Brake dust.. I feel having more pride in one's work would help. I do have a very well maintained 2013 Tacoma. I might be a little more fussy than most drivers? Thank You

I cannot say enough good things about the team at the Brakes Plus at 1106 S Signal Butte. Always have bedn super helpful and honest to deal with. Never do tgey go ahead and start work on my vehicle without calling me first abd explaining what parts are needed and cost. Tgey are always my first place I go to for majntenance on my vehicles.

I brought my car into Brakes Plus after my brakes had been squealing for a while. I chose this location because of the great reviews and went in cautiously optimistic that I’d have a good experience—and I’m so glad I did. The store manager, Adaliene, was incredibly friendly, patient, and informative. After they assessed the issue, she took the time to bring me back to my vehicle and walk me through everything in detail. She even used a flashlight so I could clearly see and understand what was going on. I really appreciated how clearly she explained which issues were urgent from a safety standpoint. This was honestly the most positive experience I’ve had at a mechanic. I’m very grateful for the time she took to make sure I felt informed and comfortable with the repairs. Exceptional service! Highly recommend this location.

I went in for a coolant flush, and during the inspection, they found a problem with my fuel pump. They reassured me that they would be able to help me with it. I also told them that I had a long trip planned that day. They advised me not to drive with my car in that condition. I am so grateful to everyone at Brakes Plus! My car is running great now!
