View on GoogleJuan is an awesome technician. I came in to have my DIY brake job inspected because I felt like I might have installed something wrong. It turned out I had made a big mistake with the brake pad installation. Watching Juan work made it clear where I went wrong, and he fixed everything properly. Huge thanks to him for getting it done right and keeping me safe. Also, thanks to Alex for helping address the issues I explained when I arrived at the shop and making sure everything was taken care of.
View on GoogleThe manager and store employees were all amazing! Very helpful, genuine and honest about pricing and services - very trustworthy and did fantastic work for my car's oil change. The manager even stated that despite needing some wear and tear repairs done (which I was aware of already) that he didn't see anything really wrong with my car and was even interested in buying it from me if I wanted to ever sell it. Very reputable people who care way more about quality of work rather than quantity of profit. Definitely would recommend to everyone and definitely am going to get my oil changed by then again in the future!
View on GoogleWow, I can't even begin to say what an amazing job Alex did at brakes plus. He was super friendly and helpful! They inspected the things I asked them to, and then explained what really needed to be taken care of today, which was the front and rear brakes. They also told me explained to me how a few other repairs could wait. I was very pleased with the price I paid for what they did for me. These guys are honest and I trust them with my car, you can too! I've been here a few different times, another time they even told me that I didn't need a repair that I thought I needed. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!
