I normally don’t do reviews, but our experience was definitely worthy of at LEAST a 5 star review. Lori, the manager, was very upfront and honest all the way through the process. We ended up having to bring it back in a second time for an additional issue, and she made things right. Our car is running great, and smoother than it has ever been! We would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. It is hard to find a trustworthy shop these days, and they definitely earned our trust and business. Thanks again!

I had an excellent experience with this brake shop from start to finish. I’m originally not from Arizona I am currently working here—so finding a trustworthy place was really important to me, and this shop exceeded my expectations. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly cared about providing top-quality service. What stood out the most was the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. They took the time to explain everything about my brakes, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. The service was efficient, honest, and fairly priced, which is hard to find these days. You can tell this shop values integrity and customer satisfaction. My vehicle feels safe and drives perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Called to get a quote for new brake pads for our Subaru. The lady who answered, Lori, I believe, sounded like she'd rather be doing anything than answering the phone and her tone was as if I was inconveniencing her. I pushed past. She gave me a number that was $100 something and would not give me a straight full total for all 4 replaced. I was trying to understand how to calculate the full total and was repeating back to her and she was getting increasingly annoyed AT ME and I finally said nope, I'm done. Called her out on her blatant rude attitude and said Bye. Too many brake services in the area to deal with you. I'd give zero stars if I could. I don't think I've ever had such a negative interaction with someone in customer service. And let me be clear, I'm a school-based mental health therapist and regulate middle schoolers for a living. My tolerance is pretty high 😘

Highly recommend this shop. I noticed my rear brakes were starting to grind and I am an Uber Driver so I knew I needed to get them fixed ASAP. Brake Masters had the best starting prices of anyone I called. I ended up needing pads and rotors on my rear axle so it was obviously a more expensive job but it was not outrageously priced. I also needed pads and resurfacing (rotors) on my front brakes and the cost for that was very reasonable as well. They did have an interest free 90 day financing option that I was able to get approved for which made it financially possible for me to get my brakes handled. The woman who runs the shop was extremely knowledgeable and transparent about the status of my brakes and by the time I had the financing pre-approved it was near closing but she kept the shop open long enough to get my brakes fixed. She could have easily said "come back tomorrow" but she wanted to make sure I was taken care of which I really appreciate, especially since I work days on Wednesdays (today is Tuesday which I have as a day off). I could definitely tell the difference on the drive home now that my brakes are repaired.

Lori and Shawn were very helpful and willing to work with me on cost and making sure the correct work got done on my car. Very friendly and willing be coming back for any car needs.
