An excellent shop! I went in unsure of what I needed, and when it was a ONLY a simple loose bolt they offered to do it for free, instead of charging me for labor or fixing things without permission like other shops I’ve been to. Instead of taking them up on the offer, since I was impressed with their honesty, and expecting to pay something, I asked them to fix things that I didn’t necessarily need fixed. And they did it quick and respectfully and honestly. PLUS when there was a slight miscommunication, (on MY part) they offered a discount to make things right! When it wasn’t even their fault! Fantastic spot

Ryan was so helpful in finding out from past invoices what still needed to be done. I was totally confused but he was diligent in his computer hunt over two systems to find we hadn’t done the front brakes yet. Much appreciated. He’s also an easy guy to talk with so the rides were fun.

I saw a notation that I had not ever seen on the dash of my care and called Borst to see what it was and if I could get in. They had me come right in the same day, which was amazing. They took care of the care in good order and timely. Found everyone nice, friendly and helpful. I have been there before but understand it is in new ownership now. Look forward to good care ahead too!
